Flora Sunset, A Summer Cocktail
In honor of International World Cocktail Day, we’ve crafted for you a delicious and refreshing cocktail to celebrate with! Grab your loved one for a date night in, the taste of summer is here. Flora Sunset, created by Regional Manager of Bars and Mixology, Sam Clark, uses Banff based Park Distillery gin for a truly local recipe. Sip into the essence of summer with this herbaceous and fresh cocktail, a refreshing ode to the alpine meadows of Banff.

Recipe | Makes 1 Cocktail
- 1.5 oz. PARK Flora & Fauna Gin
- 0.5 oz. Aperol
- 1/4 oz. Ojo De Dios Hibiscus Mezcal
- 2 oz. Acidified Orange Juice
- 2 dashes Pineapple & Star Anise Bitters
Method
- Measure all ingredients into your cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake well for at least 15 seconds.
- Strain through a mesh strainer into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a fresh orange slice. Enjoy.
