Ginger Turmeric Mule – A Non-Alcoholic Cocktail

Recipe | Makes 1 Cocktail
Ginger-Turmeric Syrup (yields 350ml)
- 250 grams White Sugar
- 250 grams Filtered Water
- 1 ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 150 ml Fresh Ginger Juice
Cocktail
- 1 ½ oz. Seedlip Spice 94
- 1 oz. Ginger-Turmeric Syrup (see recipe above)
- 1 oz. Fresh Orange Juice
- ¼ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Method
Ginger-Turmeric Syrup
- Place water and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a low simmer until sugar has dissolved.
- Add turmeric powder (you can use a tea infuser to steep the turmeric and keep the syrup free from grit)
- Add ginger juice and stir.
- Allow to cool.
Cocktail
GLASS: Mule Mug
ICE: Ice Cubes and Crushed Ice
GARNISH: Fresh Lime Wedge | Fresh Mint
- Measure all ingredients into mule mug and add ice.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Stir gently to incorporate ingredients.
- Garnish with mint crown and a fresh lime wedge.
