Spicy Mango Paloma – A Non-Alcoholic Cocktail

Join us in celebrating this new chapter in cocktail culture as we introduce the first of our collection of mocktails the Spicy Mango Paloma.

Recipe | Makes 1 Cocktail

Mango & Jalapeño Agave Syrup (yields 600ml)

  • 250 ml Mango Purée
  • 250 ml Agave Syrup
  • 100 ml Fresh Jalapeño Juice (strained)

Cocktail

  • 1 ½ oz. Seedlip Grove 42
  • ¾ oz. Mango & Jalapeño Agave Syrup (see recipe above)
  • ¼ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz. Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
  • Top with Hopped Soda

Method

Mango & Jalapeño Agave Syrup

  1. Blitz mango purée and agave syrup in a blender
  2. Pour jalapeño juice in slowly
  3. Strain through a mesh strainer to filter

Cocktail

GLASS: Highball
ICE: Ice Spear or Cubes
GARNISH: Tajin Salt Half Rim | Torched Pink Grapefruit Wedge

  1. Measure all ingredients into highball glass over ice.
  2. Top with hopped soda.
  3. Stir gently to incorporate ingredients.
  4. Garnish with salt rim and torched pink grapefruit.
